Return Shipping Costs

How to Request a Return

Step 2 – Prepare the Package: Place the product securely in the original packaging with all included tags and accessories.
Step 3 – Ship the Return: Follow the instructions provided in the return authorization email and use a reliable trackable shipping method. Return shipments should be sent during standard business days (Monday–Friday).
Refund Processing
Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility under this policy.
Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 7 days after the returned item has been received and verified.
